Welcome to the Mike Robinson Game & Wild Food Cookery School.

Mike Robinson is co-presenter of ITV1′s primetime series Countrywise and Countrywise Kitchen. As one of the country’s top game cooks, Mike’s passion for game cooking is reflected in his country pub, The Pot Kiln in Frilsham (Berkshire) and here at the Cookery School, less than a mile away.  Mike is also c0-owner of the Michelin starred London pub The Harwood Arms.

The Cookery School’s full and half day courses offer the opportunity to discover how to cook game in a more modern manner with less hanging and more sympathetic cooking.

There’s much activity at the Cookery School over the next few months – we’ll be showing off our brand new Kitchen, introducing our new half day demonstration courses, delving in to Mike’s third book Countrywise Country Cookbook AND gearing up for the imminent next Countrywise Kitchen series.
