Welcome to the Mike Robinson Game & Wild Food Cookery School.
As one of the country’s top game cooks, Mike’s passion for game cooking is reflected in his country pub, The Pot Kiln in Frilsham (Berkshire) and here at the Cookery School, less than a mile away. Mike is also co-owner of the Michelin starred London pub The Harwood Arms and author of three cookery books: Wild Flavours, Fit for Table and Countrywise Country Cookbook.
The Cookery School offers full and half day courses as well as 3 hour demonstrations featuring meat, venison, feathered game, fish, vegetables, bread and wild mushrooms. Our classes are suitable for all levels – both beginners and experts are welcome and equally challenged!
