The Art to Baking the Perfect Cupcake

 

Many people struggle with baking, common problems include a sinking cake or worse a cake that never even rises!  On this course we will show you a failsafe way to bake, buttercream & Ganache the perfect cupcakes from scratch.

 

It’s a fun course and a great way to spend time with friends and family or perhaps you have offered to make wedding cupcakes and need a little help on getting that all important professional finish, if so this is certainty a course not to miss. At the end of the course you will have made 12 Vanilla & Raspberry Jam Cupcakes and 12 Belgian Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes to take home and impress your friends and family with. That’s if you can resist the temptation to eat them!

 

What’s involved?

Bake a batch of Vanilla & Raspberry Jam Cupcakes and Belgian Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes

Learn how to make and pipe with buttercream to give a professional finish

Learn how to make and coat your cakes with Chocolate Ganache for a smooth and glossy finish

Finish your cakes with beautiful decorations of your choice once you have learnt how to skillfully hand make them

 

The course starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm and lunch is provided. As there is a lot to fit into the courses, please arrive 15 minutes early which will give you time to relax with a cup of tea and meet your fellow students.
