Our Courses

All of our courses are designed to be as flexible as possible for you. Therefore each course is a day long and most run through-out the year, giving you the chance to optimise your time and do only the courses you really want to, at a time that suits you.

 

Because we specialise in Game and Wild Food, our ethos is about using only what is in season and as far as possible produced or hunted in the surrounding area. Our courses reflect this commitment and in turn this has become our trade-mark. The game courses are by far and away the most popular, so you need to book ahead to get a place!

 

The cookery courses make fantastic gifts and we can provide you with a voucher to present on the big day which can either be pre-booked or left open-ended for ultimate flexibility. Just call the office with the details of the recipient and it will be done in a jiffy. A note of caution: we promise to post out the voucher the same day you purchase it; however we cannot vouch for Royal Mail delivering it on time, so please don’t leave it to the last minute.

 

Although we publish dates for each of the courses, if you wanted to book out a whole day, for between eight and twelve people, we can organise almost any course on a date of your choice. Please do get in touch with the office to discuss your needs.

 

Although Mike endeavours to be there for each of the courses, this is not always possible, so please check when booking if this is important to you.

 

We believe that no feast is complete without a glass of wine, however if you require more than this, wine is available to buy on the day.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable (but you may send someone in your place).

We reserve the right to re-schedule course dates. As much notice as possible will be given.
