This course is the natural progression on from the Essential Game course; however it is not compulsory to have done previously. For those of you who are already familiar with game meat, we can show you a more restaurant style of cooking it, including learning how to make unctuous stocks, pates, beautiful terrines, melt in your mouth braised stews and the art of presenting your dishes with the wow factor.
The course is a whole day, starting at 10am and includes a lunch of typically 6 or 7 courses, all of which has been cooked by you. Wash the day down with a few glasses of our delicious wine!
We believe that no feast is complete without a glass of wine, however if you require more than this, wine is available to buy on the day.
