Fish is quick, easy and extremely healthy, and yet, lots of people are nervous about tackling it.

We’ll show you how to gut, fillet, de-scale and skin your fish with confidence, passing on lots of tips such as how to spot how fresh the fish is and how to use up every last flake!


The course is an introduction to cooking simple fish dishes and with our expertise and hands-on approach to teaching, you won’t be able to wait to impress at your next dinner party!  Fish cooked well will definitely be back on the menu!
