Fresh Pasta

How many of us have a pasta machine lurking at the back of our kitchen cupboards? Making fresh pasta is a very simple technique once you know how and is great fun to do.


This course is taught by Matthew or Oliver who are big pasta fans!  During the dayyou’ll learn how to make your own fresh pasta dough, roll it out and create fabulous little ravioli, tortellini and simple linguine. You’ll discover how to match a pasta with the right sauce and create a number of different fillings and flavours. Your machine can finally come out of hiding!
