How many of us have a pasta machine lurking at the back of our kitchen cupboards? Making fresh pasta is a very simple technique once you know how and is great fun to do.
This course is taught by Matthew or Oliver who are big big pasta fans!
Over the course of the day you’ll learn how to make the most fabulous little ravioli, tortellini and simple linguine from scratch. Match the pasta with the right sauce and create a number of different fillings and flavours. Your machine can finally come out of hiding!
