Wild Rumake Duck: This is an easy Japanese recipe for wild ducks

Ingredients:

  • 000053446_beef-manchurianGoose or Duck Breasts : 10 thin sliced strips 2”-3”
  • Italian Salad dressing (zesty) – 12 Oz
  • Toothpicks – 1 packet
  • Lipton Onion soup mix- 1 pkg
  • Soy Sauce – 1
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Vegetables- Green ,red or yellow bell peppers, Chestnuts, Jalapenos, bacon strips( cut into half)
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Chopped pepper and Onion


Procedure: Mix salad dressing, Soy sauce, water and onion together, then pour it over the meat and keep it aside for a minimum 8 hours. Drain the water, lay the meat slices on bacon with onion and rest of the vegetables. Then roll it well and tighten it with a toothpick. Grill the roll on flame or charcoal on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
